Columbia Asbestos Removal is committed to matching you with a competent, honest, licensed asbestos contractor and to responding quickly if that match falls short of expectations.

How to File a Complaint

Email contact@columbiaasbestosremoval.com with:

• Your name and project address.
• Date of service and name of the contractor.
• A description of what went wrong.
• Any documentation (photos, emails, invoices).

Response Timeline

We acknowledge complaints within one business day. Substantive response within five business days.

Investigation

Complaints trigger a review of the contractor's file, current licensure status, and any prior complaints. If a pattern emerges, the contractor is removed from our referral network.

Escalation Options

Independent from us, you may file complaints with:

• SCDES — regarding licensure, regulatory violations, or improper disposal.
• Richland County or Lexington County building department — regarding permit violations.
• Better Business Bureau — regarding contractor business practices.
